What is Wellness Coaching?

Imagine a partnership where you are empowered to make your own holistic changes for better mental, physical, social and emotional well being, focusing on your self directed journey. Coaching with me is an active process using strategies from motivation + behavior change to help you identify barriers, develop healthy habits and create personalized plans for a better quality of life so you can be who you were meant to be - and more importantly who you WANT to be.

How do I start?

You’re in it. The exhaustion, the joy, the doubt, the sense of feeling alone without ever actually being alone and wondering what’s next while trying to savor these moments. Coaching is all about getting clear - whether that’s finding ways to get more sleep, or carving out some time for movement + meditation. You’ll set goals - fitness, nutrition, mindfulness. And together, we make a plan and celebrate your wins, TOGETHER. You have a safe place to go in the highs and the lows, we’ll navigate together so you can continue to get where you want to be going - in health, in fitness, in Life. We will meet monthly or bi-monthly (whatever your schedule allows), to keep you on track, discuss, celebrate, adapt and grow.
